These Terms apply to the FMoIP iOS and Android applications (“Apps”). They do not govern the FMoIP website by themselves. If you install the Apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms’ standard end-user terms and rules for purchases also apply.
By downloading, installing, or using an FMoIP App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
FMoIP helps you discover and listen to internet radio stations. Station listings and metadata come from public sources (for example the Radio Browser project or an FMoIP-hosted catalog mirror, depending on your settings). We do not host the audio streams. Playback connects your device to each station’s or a third party’s stream URL. Features such as recordings, casting, background playback, widgets, or subscriptions may vary by platform and version.
The Apps do not require you to create a separate FMoIP user account to use core listening features. Your app preferences and favorites are stored on your device as described in the app’s privacy policy.
Information practices for the Apps are described in the Privacy Policy for FMoIP (this docs site). Third-party services (stores, ads, station data) have their own policies.
FMoIP does not operate a first-party account backend for core app usage. However, platform providers and third-party SDKs used in the Apps may process certain data categories (for example identifiers, diagnostics, app interactions, approximate location signals, and purchase status) for app functionality, analytics, security/fraud prevention, and advertising-related operations, depending on your platform and feature use. Optional paid features (such as an ad-free subscription, where offered) are billed and managed by Apple or Google through your store account. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive only the purchase/subscription status information required to unlock or maintain paid features in the app. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes follow the store’s policies.

We do not control stations’ broadcasts, schedules, or stream availability. All programming and technical delivery are the responsibility of the respective broadcasters or their partners. A station may change URLs, go offline, or restrict access at any time. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of any listing, metadata, or stream.
The free version of the Apps may show ads (for example via Google AdMob). Google’s advertising and privacy policies apply to that processing.
You agree not to misuse the Apps—for example by attempting to disrupt our or others’ systems, circumvent technical limitations in an unlawful way, or use the Apps for unlawful purposes. We may stop providing updates or restrict functionality if we reasonably believe abuse or legal risk.
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or that any particular station will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FMoIP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps, including listening to third-party streams or using optional features.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
